Some post the rates, others just give it over the phone. Remember its not legal in Portugal so not all are clear while others use the euphemism roses (rosas).  Unfortunately one wastes a lot of time trying to call and reach them. Plus I try using a local SIM card to avoid over rated prices. I never paid more than 60 for a single girl, or 70 for a treesome. Then again, maybe I am cheap or like getting my moneys worth. I use POIVY, both at the computer and as an app. Its cheaper for me to call mobile numbers from there than using a local SIM card. Plus during 3 months after topping up you have free calls to landlines in most countries, and free to mobiles in some like US.

Do NOT use it for texting SMS as it shall fail 90% of the time, useless.

Unfortunately the quality is not very good if you are not on a landline as people have difficulty hearing you. I should research for a better alternative to be honest.

Similar Clubs in Madrid and other Spanish Cities  Bar de Copas ( Clubs Alterne ) is probably how it started in Spain  until bigger organisations with power and contacts  started taking over hotels  that were not running well  or in non tourist friendly locations and Romanians started to be able to travel without restrictions in Euroland  That gave them rooms to rent to the WGs which was a cash business .
