I never respond to them, as they are probably schoolkids having a laugh. As Marmalade has pointed out out, they never say thanks or post a review, which makes it look like they are just having fun.

Making the first few posts subject to pre moderation, or making a new small section of the board for newbies, so that they cant post on the main board until approved, might be a solution. It will be too tempting for youngsters to troll like the OP on the main board, and I think that we will see more of it.
