The dinner part was candle-lit and I put some nice George Michael music in the background given the circumstances. In spite of her relatively young age it turned out she's a big fan of his too so that went down really well.
My only real regret was that I didn't make it a longer booking.
I know the rate sounds high but she is always worth it.
