I outlined my plans for next year on the National Board as follows:
At my age - I'm in my 70s - one of the things I enjoy in a punt is a bit of rapport with the SP, and I don't think I'd get that if I went to a country where I couldn't converse properly with the SP.
Although I feel fine, thoughts of mortality crop up from time to time. To use a cliché, I don't fancy being "the richest corpse in the cemetery". So, encouraged by my Regular, who I see once a month, and facilitated by the fact that I've no mortgage or dependents and have a decent pension, I've been seeing a variety of other MILFs recently while I still can 
. Which is why I've been seeing, and reporting back on various "Reasonably-priced MILFs along the M62" lately.
My 2017 punting will therefore be a nice mixture of a fortnightly punting: once a month with someone whose button I know how to press, or should I say "flick" ; once a month with someone new to me.
And if I could find a reasonably tasty Indian or Pakistani MILF at a reasonable price, then that'd be something off my list. I'm not getting my hopes too high, though.
Isn't it funny how plans can alter? I'm fortunate in my circumstances; I've a reasonable works pension, on top of a State Pension and no mortgage or any dependents to worry about. So while I can still do it, I've decided to treat myself to the holiday of a lifetime in December, visiting a couple of places I've always wanted to go to - Vancouver and Singapore.
The meat in that sandwich is going to be seeing old friends who live in Australia, where I'll be watching one of the Test Matches, and in New Zealand. I wouldn't punt in either Oz or NZ: it's not just the cost, but the slipping away from the friends I'm staying with - as someone without an OH, I'm not practised enough in pulling the wool over their eyes!
It then occurred to me that Vancouver and Singapore, on the other hand, are different. I'll be there on my own and while I don't know about "Google is your friend", ukpunting certainly is my friend, with threads on both cities, though I guess I'm more likely to spend some Canadian $, than Singaporean $
So them's my punting plans for December '17 revised!!
It means I'm probably gonna have to cut back of some of those "MILFs along the M62", but hey, if it's in a good cause, . . !
