Not deluded at all and nor do I think I am worth that, but I do not want the sort of clientele that will only pay £150 ish an hour. I get a much nice client who doesn't want to spend an hour ragging me about IMO!

Definitely deluded if you don't think £150 an hour is a lot of money. "Only £150" is incredibly patronising.
