it looks like a DoS Attack and thats why they have brought up www2 a mirror domain. Essentially a backup while they look into the problems of the original External Link/Members Only. What is a DoS attack? Short for denial-of-service attack, a type of attack on a network that is designed to bring the network to its knees by flooding it with useless traffic. Many DoS attacks, such as the Ping of Death and Teardrop attacks, exploit limitations in the TCP/IP protocols. Essentially you make the server and network so busy it gets its kni9ckers in a twist as it cant handle all the requests .

I do wonder what life was like "BAW" before adultwork. It was only through aw that I was confident enough to try punting for the first time. I can't imagine how difficult it must have been to find good wg's before or not to get ripped off.

I can certainly imagine many people being like me and having their first punting experiences facilitated by AW. It can't be healthy for one site to have such a monopoly of an industry though.

I'm not sure that is the best bet, or at least from my perspective. A personal webpage is fine I guess in conjunction with an AW profile, but a webpage in isolation? I wouldn't trust it personally, without feedback I'd be very wary of believing the pictures were real.

I agree they do have a monopoly, if another site eventually became a serious competitor to AW it should force them to up their game. If they don't improve, the competitor will gain & AW will become redundant like Prossienet.

Hmm, well I suppose I agree that there are quite a few very dodgy looking profiles on there, but as I was super nervous about starting punting I spent quite a long time looking at profiles, and touch wood

I've not had any bad experiences so far.
