I note from your profile that you are an experienced punter.

I am a novice punter and in my limited experience, I found both Sandra [Curly] and Isabel very engaging and competent.
I would imagine that the only time when punters may be disappointed would be in the event of unreasonable expectations of if they did not click.

Given that both SPs offer a great GFE experience, it would be unfair, in my opinion, to compare an already excellent service.
