Thanks for the review.  Sorry you had a crap time.  As for the whole "can't explain it" thing, I totally get it.  Sometimes we all think "this just isn't doing it for me and I'd rather be at home pulling my nails out with a pair of pliers" and sometimes it isn't the SPs fault at all.  All too often though it is because the SP is just doing their thing without trying to tailor the service to the client.  I've said before that the real gems are the SPs who pay attention, listen and tailor the service to the client in front of them.  They are the ones who get consistently high ratings as everyone leaves feeling like a king.  The rest...well, fine if you just want somewhere warm and wet to put it for a few minutes.
