I was there a couple of years ago and had a great punt at felinabcn (Google it).  When I was there, it was a very well kept brothel with an english speaking madam.  You book a time, turn up, get shown the girls (who were, frankly, an amazing selection of sex bombs of all races) and I had a really hot 40 min or so for, if I remember, about 80 euro.  Great VFM.  Now, I'm no regular to Felinas, but I'd check it out if I were you.  They give you a calendar to remind you of your visit, which is a nice touch, but suffice to say I've not hung it above my desk at work... Take your chances at Las Ramblas if you like, but I've always assumed it would be tourist trap hell, pickpockets, scam artists, heavy duty guys marching you to cash points etc just my guess, no data... ... Felinas was a pukka place and looking at their website, it still is.  See if you can get any more up to date info ... good luck, I envy you.
