She's cancelled me twice at relatively short notice, blaming the girl whose flat she was proposing using each time. Well she's read the comment and been in touch re-stating that it wasn't her fault, either time, so is confused.

So I've replied that I appreciate that its difficult being be let down by someone else, it happens in my work too, however when it does happen to me it becomes my fault for not dealing with people I can rely upon.
