Here's a UKP point of contention: Rebecca does like to chat before you get down to anything. I have seen this put on here as a negative thing, whilst others like it. Given Rebecca is not a clock watcher, I will fall in to the like it camp, as it was good to get to know her, and click before the session started. It is unusual, I agree but Becky is not a pump & dump type punt, so it is worth being aware of this, if you will not be happy about it. The chat lasted about 5-10 mins btw, but was as much me as her.
The session involved more or less anything I wanted, as per the text sent. However, for whatever reason I was absolutely shit at keeping it up and getting it in!
