Bottom Line
Waste of time, responds to intial emails, "schedules" meetings, but never responds to emails on the day of the meeting.  Avoid and save your time and money.

First Attempt
Saw on Felicity's profile she was travelling to London on tour.  Excellent comms, meeting arranged as normal.  Then I notice that she posted a blog saying she's changed the date of her tour - but never bothered to email me to let me know and kept the booking as scheduled.  I wrote back to say what's going on and she said that she was sorry, thought she had emailed me.  Promising to "make up for it" I rearranged for the following week....

Second Attempt
Meeting rescheduled after previous cock-up on her part.  Comms were good up and until the day before the meeting, apart from never committing to a rough location (I was asking her for the closest tube so I could plan my day) saying that she moves around and doesn't have a fixed location whilst in London.

She then mentions that she read the comments made on the South East thread (https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=115812.0).  She advised me to stay away from this forum because:

A tip of advice stay away from sites like that. They are wrote by guys with no life, and you can not take the stuff they right seriously. There is a reason I have not met the guys on there.

She didn't say that she was cancelling our meeting, but then never responded to further emails asking for the location of the meet.

Obviously didn't happen (same experience as others mention in the thread above) so had an excellent time with someone else.  The day wasn't wasted, so if you ever do plan on taking a punt with this lady, make sure you have a Plan B as it sounds like you'll never get to see her.

Reading the other thread you linked to. Currently she wasted the time of several punters.

Her service list is very limited.

As for her rates there much better VFM out there with other W/G, IMO.

As stated in that thread her rates 'appear' to 'hustle' punters in the direction of, cam and PG charges.

A tip of advice stay away from sites like that. They are wrote by guys with no life, and you can not take the stuff they right seriously.

And I learned to take W/G, feed back on A/W with a pinch of salt. A system that's to open to abuse and misuse IMO

Knowing the negative reports about her on a Dorset website, as said earlier, you might want a Plan B in place.......and if her 'tour' details are correct   you've missed her in Bournemouth.

So if she'd gone through with the booking she could have had the opportunity to provide the (supposed) good service she advertises and possibly negate the criticisms previously made.

When she mentioned the post on here I responded saying that if the booking went well, I'd write up a good review and prove everyone wrong about her. She never responded after that, and she got a review which purely backed up other's opinions of her.

In reality, her actions just confirmed what everyone thought!

If she is a single mother, living alone (at 19?  I doubt it) then it will be very difficult for her to do a week tour in London, let alone do over-nighters.
