REFUNDS FROM ESCORTS

After getting poor service from some escorts I cannot help thinking there could or should be s refund policy to protect us from poor service from escorts could this be a benefit of legalising prostitution. Does anyone know if there are refund policies in countries where prostitution is legal. My thought is if in first 10 minutes the customer is not happy with service like girl is not offering agreed services then escort must return 75 percent of money back to us.Anyone have any thoughts

Technically you are paying for her time, not the service.

Therefore you should only get a refund or partial refund if she is unable to work for the time you have paid for.
Of course, you could always try to "blackmail" her that you'll give her a very poor review here or negative feedback on A/W if she doesn't refund...

Well, i personally did get some refunds (partially) because girls wanted to see me out of the door pretty fast. The main and only reason, when it happened, is because of my penis size

This as a policy is unrealistic and not practical. Even if it were enforceable, you would get chancers deliberately turning up, getting a BJ or a quickie and saying they weren't happy with the service, demanding their money back. (Just imagine if we let our clients do that in our chosen trades.) Then many girls would just get fed up and stop escorting.

That said, punters should definitely ask for a refund if the service is crap and/or they don't get the services they asked for and were confirmed.

This site reduces the chances of being ripped off - which is why it is essential that members actually write reviews to warn other punters.
