Author Topic: Danger of honest reviews and white knights.. (Read 7824 times)

Over the last year or so I've added a decent amount of reviews to this site and have tried to be honest and helpful in my appraisals. In the last couple of weeks I have had two instances where what I've written have had repercussions and have led to me rethinking my approach to this site. Firstly I wrote a positive review in which I likened the SP to an actress. Upon revisiting the SP the topic was bought up and she said she was unhappy with the likeness. I apologised and the session continued without a problem and the lady once again gave a superb service. I can't help questioning the motives of the guy who showed her my (glowing) review? Firstly it nearly derailed my second visit and secondly she was previously unaware of the site but is now more likely to keep tabs on it and potentially put up prices.
My second bad experience was after giving an SP a bad review for twice cancelling on me - My review was never personal just factual and the lady in question was either tipped off or read what was written and sent a couple of very angry and rude texts to my (punting) phone. She claimed to have blacklisted me and put the word out about my dastardly ways.
The point of my post is that there can be ramifications for posting on this site and in from now on I plan to be more frugal with my contributions.

Simple the guy that alerted her to the review is a prick plain and simple I have little time for guys that mention this site to prossies, hoping for a discount or better service or others that relay messages back from prossies about getting pics taken off this site.

Why would you even tell the escort you are writing a review? I just don't understand why someone would do that. Trying to earn brownie points? Just write the review and tell nobody. Don't tell the escort you are a member of any site or what your username is on any site.

You have my complete empathy as I also believe there are too many white knights which go around protecting girls for themselves by telling them about reviews. This has a detrimental effect on this forum and its credibility and honesty. If members are going to be afraid to be honest then this forum will become nothing but a farce for White-knights and escorts to laugh at. I don't know what the solution is to this problem is and flushing out White-knights can be very difficult because they can be new members or even old popular members with credibility, how do you distinguish them? I really don't know.

In your case, I don't understand how the white knight was able to inform the girl that it was you that wrote the review. I think you must have inadvertently left clues in the review to reveal your identity, which is a error and I would recommend next time to add little lies in the review so that your identity stays safe.

I had obviously been too detailed in what had occurred in our session - the session was specifically tailored to my needs, coupled with the fact that both meetings were a couple of months apart she worked it out pretty easily...it was an awkward experience to go through and not one I wish to repeat.

Just to clarify - I didn't tell the SP I was writing a review - another punter showed her what I had written and because our session was so specific she was able to work it out and voiced her displeasure when I returned for a repeat.

I think a lot of people misunderstand the point of reviews or what is required from them. As a punter the main things that I'm interested in a review are:

Accuracy of pictures
Her kissing skills
Is she enthusiastic
Her oral skills
Her hygiene
Her communication skills i.e does she reply promptly and can she speak english.

For me those are the key things that I seek in a review, anything else for me is up to the individual to write and irrelevant to me. I have never been a fan of long reviews as I truly believe they tend to be written on an egoistic level. Take for example the infamous Unclesweetfart and we know of his antics.

The answer is to leave some time bwtween meet and review, unless there is clear B&S or other fraud. I am sure that experienced WG's review this site, why wouldn't they?

Spot on. A concise, factual review is both more useful and less likely to provoke a backlash either from the girl in question or her white knights.

I am sure many guys on here feel same .. I deny knowing any of these sites to most indy sp s when I go back its less worrying I use a diffrent name and try have only reviewed on AW a handful of times that way there is no cross-referencing how ever I understand that when it is specific about what you have done then you are done for if they see you again..a few have asked me to review on both sites and offered discounts £10 off next shag I make excuses White Knights make wankbankers of us all.
I have received stick from punters re this you know , those who say treat her right and shes worth more ect .( mind you their reviews were less than 3 between em) I feel basic review with a description though is needed as other wise no taste of what happens and the flow ..

THe worse thing about them seeing reviews is that sometimes with previous wg, they put the price up because they see many good reviews about them. Ive seen it happen a few times this year, where a new wg started working and put the price up after a few good reviews. And it was because she saw this website

To my mind the SP did nothing wrong - I was pissed off that another punter had shown her my positive review and said apparent likeness and alerted her to the forum which she had no previous knowledge of. On both occasions the SP provided great service and has nothing to answer for. As mentioned above I have learnt the lesson that adding too much detail from a session can come back and bite one in the ass especially if the meeting has been a recent one.

I think the more overt touting that was widespread when I started writing on UKP is much less evident. There are still a few fuckers, either touts posing as punters or white knights, whose views I treat with caution.

If you want anonymity then being so specific with details doesn't help your cause. It sounds like you both enjoyed the session which is an added bonus for her, if she doesn't want to take your money in the future then it is her loss to pass on a decent punter for someone like me.

As for the white knights, if your review is honest and stands up to scrutiny then treat them with the contempt they deserve. I believe punters (posters and lurkers) take what they want from reviews, if a pro$$ie has a bad day and gains a few negative comments it's no big issue, if they become regular negatives then punters make a choice with their wallets.

Be honest but if you don't want to be identified by your next review be a little more vague about your punt and concentrate on what she does and doesn't provide compared to her profile.

I am careful to make sure that my reviews are hard for the prossie to guess. I mess up sometimes, don't we all? One, recently, was really happy with a review and thought it was me what wrote it. It was. I denied it. (Since this seems right*) Said I was not really familiar with UKP, but I was pleased she had had a good review. I had heard it was a good site, and would try to read it later. She didn't mention it again, and still gave me a good seeing to.

(*If she gives me a crap service next month I will need to post a crap review )

I couldn't care less what a WG or pimp thinks of any review I have done on here, I do them to help other punters NOT the WG. Who really knows who tipped the WG off, it could be a white knight, it could be a fellow WG.

I am though at present considering my positive review stance as its cost me time and time again in that some WGs have become impossible to book when suits me and some have put their rates up, all great for the WG, bad for me, and my primary interest is me, then other punters.

Yes nowadays this isn't smart in my view though as the OP has said he didn't tell the WG. No dates and times are required in reviews on here which I commend admin for allowing, this isn't the case on another site I used to review on. Just post general info nothing a WG would definitely realise who you were, sure she may work it anyway but nothing can be done about that if a review is what you want to do.

I may mention this site in passing and in general terms at the end of the punt but i don't advertise who I am on here on punts and I certainly wouldn't discuss writing a review or not!

To the best of my knowledge only one wg knows who I am on here and I don't intend anymore finding out;other than causing aggravation I really don't understand what good can come of it unless of course the punter is wishing to white knight the girl he is reviewing or secure a discount on future visits

+1, i would say one thing to the OP though. To pinch a quote from the film fight club "The first rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club. Third rule of Fight Club" never mention to wg's 1) that your a member on ukp 2) you'll do a review for them 3) never ever bring up the subject of ukp with a wg. Becuase the only people that generally do, are always looking to gain something from them. They dont care as they take money to provide you witha service, & you pay money for that service. Ukp is a "gentlemans club" & it should stay that way, to pinch another quote " what happens on UKP, stays on UKP"
