I arranged an in call with Amour and was texted the address ,in Fenham just off the West Road. I found this surprising as the Amour website said Sindy was in North Tyneside. I got there just before the appointment and texted Amour again for the house number. They texted back but on knocking on the door the occupant knew nothing of Sindy but did confirm I had the right address. All very embarrassing.
I phoned Amour who inferred I was at the wrong house. They agreed to check and phoned back a few minutes later to say they had given me the wrong address and Sindy was actually in North Shields! They said she had not informed them of the change of venue. I found that strange as the advert said North Tyneside and this is not how you would typically describe Fenham. I was asked if I could go over to North Shields. I did not have time so had to turn run this down given the travel distance. All in all a total cock up. To be fair Amour did apologise but it just comes across as very unprofessional.
