The 3 I visited were £500-600/hr. Generally the US porn stars have been in that range - the exception being Briana Banks who was charging much more and had a 2 hr minimum. Fortunately she was never one of my absolute favourites...

I have seen them be between £500- £800 an hour depending on who.

i saw Holly in 2010 via Photogirls. Great session and lovely lady and i'd concur that is was £500 but she was in no rush.
