This seems to be a recurring happening with me, 2 reviews and 2 negatives FFS and FML.

Sounds like bait and switch if one girl was booked but then another turned up in her place. I'm suprised at Premium as the feedback of the agency has always been positive from what I've seen. If it was done of Harriet's own back as in she had Carla turn up in her place then that is no fault of the agency although if that is the case I'm suprised to see that Harriet is still listed through them if she is giving them a bad name and also shouldn't Carla have double checked with the agency before turning up. Sounds a mess hopefully things are resolved so this does not happen again I would hate for it to happen to me and being a new punter and opting for Premium as my agency of choice it makes me a little nervous.

What I find alarming about this is the fact the agency have admitted they now know something of this nature has happened and are trying to brush it under the carpet with a free half hour. I'm sorry but bait and switch is a serious offence in this game and for the girl (or agency) to seemingly get away close to Scott free with it is wrong I have used premium many times and mostly have been satisfied with the service but this has put me right off which is a shame because I have always rated Juney and her girls as the best around

As is flatsharing, and that is the only way this could have innocently have happened. If two girls were working in the flat at the same time and the wrong one went to the door assuming it was her punter at the door and not the other girls.

I am offering you an explanation now, it was definitely NOT a bait and switch by us. And some girls often team up in same place. Not usually when the other is there, and the policy is hay no two girls can actually work from the same place at the same time. This was unknown to us- and the first time we heard about it was indeed on here. This also isn't getting brushed under the carpet, the girl in question is getting spoken to today due to her lack of unprofessionalism regarding this incident. It should never of happened, she should never of given another girl one of her clients. It's that simple. It doesn't bode well with her or us. I've been around many years so I'm not naive; and please be assured that this kind of thing WILL NOT happen again.

*Edit* Ok, I will say it. This is the girl who caused all that massive drama recently on UKE with all of her wild claims. And yet looking on here on UKP recently and on her AW account she is getting non-stop negative reviews for dishonesty type actions and major flakiness.

Maybe she kind of is a train wreck in general is what I am now thinking after this admission by the agency themselves she purposefully bait and switched on a client and hid it from the agency and so forth.

The girls to OUR knowledge are on split shifts and the website states this. However they both have adultqork accounts and work indie. If they want to offer duos outside of the agency then that has absolutely nothing to do within us. We cannot dictate their indie work. But prevent them working together at the same time in the same place with regards to agency's work
