My method is to spend no more than the overtime I earn in that particular month.  After the tax comes off that would be around 15 to 20% of my total net pay depending on how much overtime I've done - but I wouldn't necessarily spend all of that on punting each month.

That's almost like laundering your money, put cash in from earnings into roulette, place bets in such away that you will be say 80% back, you take the 90% put it into a punting bank account

And, sometimes you're going to be UP UP UP and sometimes DOWN
