First review but I'll keep it quite short as this lady has been reviewed to death. Booked via Aw email and comms were excellent with street name, postcode and even places to park with relevant charges. Only 5 mins walk from Central Station although I had to walk from Monument as Central was closed. Clean and tidy modern flat. Texted when arrived in street and given exact details for entry into building.

Thanks Mansell. She no longer takes AW booking requests hence the lack of recent feedback. I think she's maybe trying to keep a low profile again, possibly connected with the well documented problems she had. Hadn't seen her for almost 2 years and she still remembered personal details, a true professional.
