It's a fine balancing act between discipline and being able to attract the best staff by keeping them happy and motivated. I think London St went the other way - they had by far the best looking girls but let them get away with limited services. Probably why I stick to indies now.

Agree with you on London Street. London Street changed dramatically after Justin and Ricky left and of course when David died. The girls had to be on top of game in those days or out the door they went.
Blair Street sometimes gets a bad rap from ladies who have an axe to grind - those who have left it or been pushed out etc. Have been - except for 2013 to this year a regular for years and know some of the veterans of the place - Daisy, Betty, Diana, Heidi, and still in touch with a couple who work on and off in Germany. These are probably the top SP in the Edinburgh scene and are all veterans of easily 10 years and more. If they weren't happy, any other sauna would be able to attract them easily.
