What makes you think it is the same girl? 

I am not convinced. I cannot see anything other than similar age size etc. Is also 'Available today' on AW.

I saw Penny a while ago in Sandy, can't remember what name she was going by then, and facially they look similar - as far as I can tell from the blurred pic on the MKE site. I could well be wrong through - almost TOFTT today but work got in the way.

I don't think Hayley is 19, as I believe she was working under a different name 5 yrs ago when she was late teens then.
