Author Topic: When is a girl an escort or not?  (Read 3485 times)

Escort, Prossie, whore, hooker, call girl etc. There are many terms for girls who meet men for money and do a variety of things (mainly sexual) for money.

Recently I had a liaison with a girl who I have met via the bdsm scene. I offered her money to spend the night with me at firstly a dungeon and latterly at my luxury hotel suite.

We played, fucked and eventually had breakfast. During this time, on at least 5 occasions, she said "but I'm not an escort". Personally I think she's in denial. She says she has 'regulars' and does various bdsm and normal stuff. She doesn't have an aw account and doesn't really advertise. However to me she is as much of an escort as I have ever seen. I think she sees a stigma to it. She is young and gorgeous. I just think she should admit it to herself.

Now some of your will be asking for a review etc. Normally I would be happy to do this, but because she doesn't want to escort, and she doesn't have an aw account or gumtree advert I won't do one. If this changes I will be happy to oblige if this changes. Furthermore many guys don't like my naughty exploits and the last two reviews I've posted have received no comments.

So what do you guys think? Is she an escort, or is she a girl who accepts an offer from a guy she's met once before to play all night for money?

Kenny,  I cannot speak for any other fuckers on the board.  There may be a tight knot moral consensus on UKP but I doubt it, and I doubt anyone is disapproving of your reviews if it is consensual and no one is getting hurt.

I don't think there is a relationship between commentary and the quality (or popularity) of your review.  The uncommented review that warns of a poor WG can be an invaluable product of a speculative search.  Likewise, seven pages of comments is not necessarily a good sign.

But if you need attention I suspect you might not stick around here too long.

She's a prossie, if she takes money for podging then it's a no brainer. She can dress it up however she likes.

There's nowt wrong in being a prossie, I quite like em  :D

If the op is doing reviews just for the comments then he's reviewing for the wrong reasons.  As MHP says, you'll not be around here long if you're here for the attention.

It's no big deal if there's no comments on a review thread, it's still there and welcome.

'Escort' is a euphemism anyway...after all, there would never have been a car called a Ford Prostitute.  :sarcastic:

But your girl is a prostitute if she is taking cash from various guys for sexual services, no matter how much she wants to deny or justify it.

I guess there are many ways of 'working' and if this way fits with her worldview and her punters are happy with the exchange, then it's all good.

As to whether to review, all honest reviews are helpful, but it's your choice and if there's no way of other punters contacting her, maybe it would be pointless.

ANY sexual service in exchange for money = prostitute.

I like a massage with HJ, and they are all prossies in my opinion.

Good point, which I forgot to pick up on.

If she's got no advertising platform then there's no point in reviewing her

Technically, any person who receives money in exchange for sex is a prostitute. Although what term you use to describe such a person or arrangement depends on the circumstances.

Like a few on here, I've started checking out SA. For those who don't know the site it's basically a cross between Plenty of Fish and Adultwork. Some very nice genuine girls on it who will meet me for sex in exchange for money. However, they are all keen to point out that they aren't prostitutes or even escorts and that we are merely out on a date. To get sex at the end of the date I have to play along with this but ultimately they're taking part in the oldest female profession there is.

It seems more and more the lines between prostitution and dates with intimate encounters are being blurred. They may deny they're prostitutes but it's certainly an act of prostitution. True you wouldn't class them as a Working girl, it's not their means of income but once you go down the road of some sort of financial transactions culminating in sexual acts, it's prostitution.

Does she have a fetlife profile?

Anyone who accepts cash in exchange for a sexual service on you is a WG, whether they think they are or not is up to them, it doesn't change that fact.

As to doing a review that's up to you but just because a review hasn't had any comments made on it doesn't prove its not liked, there could be some or many punters who have read it and found it useful to them but didn't post on it. EVERY genuine review is worthwhile in my view as its that punters account of the punt and thus unique.

Gents, I think we all concur. We can call her an escort. Obviously I will refrain from bringing this up with her especially if, like the other night she has me hanging upside down with me wearing a hood and helpless. Or if my cock is in her mouth. Or if I'm restrained on a bench with her behind me with a cane!

I am not sure if she has a fetlife profile. I will check and see.

Yeah, probably not the best time to force the issue!

It's true that a lot of ladies are ashamed of what they do but do it anyhow, as the money is good. I used to visit an Indian lady working name Dina in Kensington, London, 10 years ago- since retired. She had been working for 15 years at the top end of the flesh market. Doing overnights. Weekends away and day visits to rich Arabs in West End Hotels. She swore she was a "Courtesan". I once used the word " prostitute " and I thought she was going to kill me.
Likewise the fbsm girls would go mad if you called them prostitutes. They are masseuses! The fact they handle todger and wank you off makes them prostitutes, but don't you dare use that word ha ha.

All I could do to keep a straight face after several hours of fucking all 3 holes and receiving a good rimming and finishing with cim with an SB we got round to talking and she said she'd like to try a threesome with another girl. I suggested I knew of one or two very nice wg's who we could see together as I handed her her "allowance". As she counted it she exclaimed "oh I don't think I'd like to meet a prostitute"

Of course she's an escort and I agree she is in denial....it sounds like she was trying to convince herself more than  you.

If you take money for sex, you're an escort.  Whether you do 10 hotel incalls a day or you do it once with someone you met in a different situation, you are an escort.

As for the whole hooker, prostitute, escort, courtesan thing - I don't care what people refer to me as or call me to be honest.  They are all the same thing and I'm at peace with what I do.

Offline sub_marine

Not sure if most punters would realise, but a lot of people seeking BDSM encounters have noting to do with sex.  I've had many where neither party has an orgasm.  Pretty much all girls who class themselves as Pro-Dommes will remain fully dressed during all sessions, and they still get business as the clients are not looking for a typical prostitute.

A Pro-Domme is as close to a hooker as your dentist, probably has the same amount of sex, and causes as much nervousness, trepidation, fear and pain.  I know who's in my wank bank

Offline fredpunter

Apart from the pro domme probably being marginally cheaper than a dentist it's one of those things that has never appealed to  me

Yes, to take money in exchange for sexual services constitutes prostitution.
That said, several BDSM specialists in my neck of the woods (Edinburgh/Glasgow) found their way into whoring through the route of swinging of Fetlife. Nothing wrong with that. I suppose they reckoned that, as they enjoyed being promiscuous, they might as well be paid for it.
Works for me. My favourites (who are regulars) genuinely get off on what I do to them, being real lifestyle submissives.
One, who came to prostitution through the swinging scene (started aged 18, is now 34) has been whoring for 18 months but plans to give up soon. We plan to keep meeting, only on a no fee basis. Suits me.
I don't know if she regards herself as a prostitute; she has a full time job and sells sex because she likes it. I don't think she cares what label folk put on her. She's just a level headed and fulfilled individual who enjoys what she does. Like the others, she tends to be low volume. By choice.
An interesting thread, though.

Agree totally. I first met the lady I question in a fetish/bdsm situation originally. The first encounter I dommed, the we switched. Strictly no sex. The recent encounter was different in that we did a dungeon and fucked during the session. We then overnighter at my hotel and carried on. She's an escort no doubt!

Agreed. If I was single I'd be using SA instead of AW, the rates are much more affordable
