Firstly, that may be the best video I've ever watched. 

Why do you need the girls to be escorts? Why not just hire models or dancers? Do you want to have sex with the girls while making the video?

Or do you not actually want to film it and just want some escorts to re-enact the video like a roleplay?

If it's a genuine music video then it's prob going to be easier hiring models. If you're going to go with WGs then you'll need to contact them in a very legit way as most are going to think you're messing them around. You might have good luck going to ukescorting telling them your story, showing them you're legit and seeing what they say. I would expect most them will want at least their normal rate or maybe more since they won't be able to work while they're filming but some might fancy the opportunity
