If everyone took this stance there wouldn't be any reviews. This is after all a review site and personally like to read other people's as well as contributing my own so making it easier for fellow punters to make informed decisions. The majority of those that don't review have little to offer as far as I'm concerned.

A warning posting is justified, a review of poor service isn't so much on your mind once you're wallets been nicked.
