There I was thinking I was about to review my first visit to a SP who hasn't had much coverage of late and I get home from the meeting to find Cisco beat me to it! To be fair, my reason for making the initial booking was his comments about her consistently good service on a prior thread, so all credit to him. There is a lot about this meeting that makes it sound like an echo of Cisco's from earlier in the week but, since it was my first visit I'll throw my tuppence into the mix as well.
