It might seem like some of the earlier responses about saving your money until you're older were a bit facetious, but there's actually a lot of sense in that. You almost have to approach punting like you would going to a casino - set yourself limits and try not to make impulsive decisions - otherwise you can end up spending a hell of a lot of money. It can be pretty addictive, since the really good experiences are fucking amazing - but they're elusive and you can waste a lot of time and money on duds. Also, once you've crossed the line, punting is always an option for you. If you're sitting in bored of an evening it'll inevitably pop into your head that you could just check AW and from there it's sooo easy - before you know it you're getting £100+ out the ATM. And I remember how constantly randy I was when I was 20 - if I'd punted at your age, I'm not joking, I'd have been perpetually broke.
My honest advice is, unless you've got a serious stack of money to burn through, next time you're contemplating visiting a prossie, just have a wank and see if the urge passes. Maybe when you're a bit older, your shagging days are numbered, and your bucket list is still lengthy, go for it, but until then make the most of all the 20-year old lassies that you can legitimately have a crack at pulling. (You lucky bastard - what wouldn't I give to be 20 again!)
