Hello fellow punters. After surgery on my scrotum a couple of years ago, which left me impotent for several months, I found that the amount of semen I ejaculate had reduced to a very low volume. Most likely cause is the residual effects of the surgery so ask the doctor/surgeon. Fluid is made in the prostate not the scrotum, sperm is only a very small amount in ejaculate. Guys who have had prostate surgery can have dry orgasms, no ejaculate.

Low testosterone would also decrease the amount plus age being knackered, fat etc!
