I don't punt very often, but felt an all-inclusive approach is better than providing no information at all.

My point from the review was there may have been some (like myself) who may not have thought she was their type, but would actually leave feeling very good about themselves at the end of the punt.

It stands to reason 50+ positives don't accrue themselves on various sp's for no reason, so for the best part they are genuinely doing something right and are good at what they do

Yes, and as you said yourself, good reviews increase demand (punters want a good bet), and because wgs only see 2-3 punters a day  they put their prices up because demand has become greater than they can supply. If they overdo the price hike, it comes back down, but maybe not all the way.

Anyway, we probably should not derail this review. Perhaps I'll book Ellie tomorrow, just in case

The second point, Silver Birch answered. If you generate custom, that influences supply and demand. It's a very difficult balance, I know, because it's good to know if a SP is providing consistent service; we're just saying it's something to perhaps consider when you get a couple a reviews of the same WG every week.

I didn't say anything about only writing a negative review about a well-reviewed girl. I said given the choice, a punter spending their time writing a review of a WG who has hardly, if ever, been reviewed is more valuable than writing the umpteenth review of a popular SP. And it's particularly important to get reports of bad SPs.
