Couple of years back,  when she first joined the after moving from Norwich I believe.

Anyway,  it was one of those that I absolutely hate- get there and after you've handed over what you thought was the right amount,  the extras list came out. (asked over the phone about extras and prices but was given the I don't talk about it over the phone jazz)
