Tell me exactly where I blamed her for the traffic?  I said the traffic itself was partly responsible for things getting cocked up, but went on to post my review (which was still a neutral BTW).

It's a WG review site, not a traffic review site. We want to know about the girl and her services and have a rating based on that, not traffic..

Your review suggests she was pretty flexible in accommodating your lateness, so it seems a bit harsh to judge her on circumstances beyond her control.

How would you feel if your annual performance review was marked down, because of traffic problems beyond your control? 

I might go and see her now, she seems a fair type..

I think he's saying it would have been a negative, but he upgraded it because the traffic was part of the overall problem.
However he seems to have based the negative on her stretch marks and not much else. To me that's to some extent a stupid view to take: the stretch marks are an almost inevitable by-product of our hobby!
There's little to no detail of what actually happened here, which makes it hard to evaluate
