Venue: End terrace which has been split into flats. She has her own entrance, and walked me to the door over the phone, as she likes to keep a low profile.
The flat was a small 1 bedder, and as you enter through the living/ kitchen, there is a nice GFE vibe, which she played up to by offering tea/coffee.
