Have to say I've started to notice a trend happening at Sandys in the past couple of years. A few of the younger girls have got negative or neutral reviews when they've first started and they've also started to employ a lot more girls in their 30s or 40s.

You could be right and i've thought similar myself over the last couple of years, I was always of the impression that Sandys was able to pick and choose the girls who worked there and that girls who were getting a good reputation at other parlours would gravitate towards sandys being the mecca of parlours however i've seen quite a few girls who say it's their 1st parlour.

Before discovering UKP I was a member of another board, which Merv posted on quite a bit. On one of the threads someone asked what the interview was like for girls at Sandys to which Merv replied with something along the lines of "not as exciting as you might think, more of a chat over a cup of tea than anything sexual".
