Got some sildenafil winging it's way to me from Dr. Superdrug. I've never used it before and been reading threads here but reading different reports.

Main questions:

1) Do I need a courtesy wank on the morning of a punt or will I have the staying power of an 18 year old?
2) How long do I take it before the punt?
3) Will I get multiple erections from one pill?
4) Is the 50mg the right amount?
5) How long will it last? If the enemy tries it on with me that night will I still be like a teenager?

Good reply but I find a bit longer than 30min more like an hour and the only other thing I'd add is that you should take a couple of ibuprofen with it and that stops the associated headache before it happens for a lot of people

25mg is what I use it lasts about 4hrs on empty tum. I use the Kamagra Jelly sachets and only consume around half the dose. I drink a big glass of water immediately thereafter and have found that tends to help avoid a headache. However, I still find that sindenafil swells the blood vessels in my nasal passages with rather the effect of a high pollen count though it doesn't seem to upset my breathing/chest. Neither have I noticed any prejudicial effect on my blood pressure readings.
I can achieve a greatly improved firmness although this drug has no benefit to the power of an orgasm for me at least.

If you've got time, i would strongly recommend a trial run at home (alone) first, so you can see how you react personally. I tried 25mg my first time and found that I started to feel the effects after about 30 mins, but you may be different.

It isn't some magical pill that makes you hard even if you're not aroused, but if you are aroused it will get you hard, even for a second or third round, in my experience.

But try to take that experimental dose first to track your reaction. That way you will be better able to predict how to use it on a punt.

To be a pedant, it relaxes smooth muscle round the arteries/arterioles to improve blood flow. Veins have no muscle surrounding them and "passive" in regards to blood flow and pressure unless they become blcked (occluded), or the "non-return" valves in them fail (varicose veins).

Personally, I WOULD give it a trial run, if there's time - and start with a low dose (25) as that may well be all you need, and you can halve future pills, thus saving money overall.

The reason I'd give it a trial run is so that if you do suffer any side effects, you will at least be prepared and know what you're dealing with. A lot of guys getting a very red face which can be embarrassing - but if you drink plenty of water and get some fresh air that should help.

Not actually as dumb a question as some are making out.  It is possible that 2x25mg might have a more rapid effect than 1x50mg, although it does depend on the dynamics of how the pills break down in the gut.

Some personal observations on Sildenafil:
1. 50mg was too much for me, personally, and I found that I had to split the pills into 2 or 3 in order to reduce the side effects, but still get the benefit. This will not be the same for everyone.
2. I get faster results on an empty stomach.  Sometimes, a low dose seems to have almost no effect on a full stomach.
3. Getting enough sleep and laying off the alcohol is also important. Even Sildenafil can't compensate if I am in poor condition.
4. 100mg, 50mg and 25mg pills are (usually?) the same price, so I buy 100mg and split them into 4.

It IS as naive  a question as others make out. The dynamics in your stomach will be the same on one  pill as on two pills. The stomach doesn't take turns breaking them down! In either case the effect kicks in after 30-45 minutes and up to an hour on older men such as me. It depends on your metabolism.

As to using the tablets, I use 50Mg - but I'm in my 60's.

I usually take them on an empty stomach and with a large glass of water.
First time taking it - which was a 'dry run' - I had a headache and flushed face. Not since though!  I take 2 Ibuprofen just in case!
I give it an hour to take effect and find that on a 45 minute booking I can do the business twice with no problems. ( I only ever go for booked appointments , so plan everything around that  ).

Does it make a difference in the 'firmness' of my erection? Without question!!! Whereas before I'd lose some of the firmness during sex at times, with S it goes rock hard and stays rock hard. Absolute godsend in my case.

Actually, having now done the (very approximate) maths, 2x25mg pills might only dissolve about 5 minutes faster, and you may not get that benefit, as not much happens while the pills are still in your stomach.  So yeah, partially bollocks, but the question made me think.

I admit that when I am in a hurry, I tend to chew the pill, but I am really not sure if that has made a noticeable difference.  By far the biggest effect is taking Viagra/Sildenafil on an empty stomach, but that does need a bit of planning.

I had a pint of water, 2 x paracetamol and 25mg Sildenafil 40 mins before my punt.

I felt no different, I didn't flush, feel dizzy, headache etc.. Thought it might have been a dud.

I went on the punt, soon as she put it in her mouth I got an iron bar. Not had one that hard in ages, it was like a morning wood hard.

Arms and legs could be dehydration, what does did you take you could try stronger or try other....spedra seems to get me harder than V and not as many side effect. Like most meds, its trial and error.
