why is there so many profiles eg from Salisbury area advertised that do not ever reply at all or suggest they are available at all ?

there has been so many good looking girls but all the same ignore request for bookings , no reply ect ?

Assuming its a serious question, I assume in a part its private gallery scams, plus pimps arranging a premade set of profiles in a particular area that they plan to tour with their girls.
