Not really Steve, this is the last time I'll bang my drum in this instance.
As a photographer it is something I know a great deal about and the following statement should serve as a warning to anybody who allows intimate photo's to be taken.
The subject is clearly aware of and has allowed the images to be taken and has therefore given up the right to privacy. It makes no difference whether they were paid for or not, taken by a professional photographer or an ex boyfriend etc.
The photographer is the rightful owner of those images and as such is free to do as he/she wishes with them.
No matter what peoples thoughts are morally these are the facts, if you are foolish enough to allow intimate images to be taken you shouldn't be surprised if they end up on the internet.
