WG & cleanliness??

Can anyone tell me if WGs wash between each punt? They say they do, but do they really?

I only ask because when I was at a meet the other day, I'm sure she had a bit of dryed spunk below her jugs. I might. Although she did provide a good service, even though looked like a snail had crawled up her belly.
