Viagra, Levitra or Cialis - which works best?

Not sure if anybody has posted this before: but been doing some reading around the above, but I'm not quite sure what works best.

I'm after something with a short turn around for an hour's punt. The difference in dosages and the differences between them are little difficult to grasp. Can anybody help?

Cialis is different, it lasts much longer (a couple of days or so, rather than a few hours).  Handy if you're expecting a shag but you're not sure when, or if you have a fun weekend planned.  I gather that 20mg Cialis is the maximum dose, equivalent to 100mg Viagra, so it's 5 times more potent.

If you want something fast-acting, Spedra is one to check out.

Viagra is the cheapest as the patent has expired. However, if you're buying generic versions, the price difference isn't large.
On the other hand, Viagra has the most side effects. So if that is an issue you should switch to Levitra or Cialis or the newer drug Zydena.
Cialis takes the longest to be cleared from the body. You'd need to take a decent dose though for the effect to last 2 days. Zydena is also long lasting, similar to Cialis.
Personally, I like Cialis 10-20 mg but you have to experiment to find which drug suits you best and the optimum dose.

I have tried all three of those drugs and by far Viagra is the best. In terms of rock hardedness.

And if you can get it. I found the Kamagra gel packs much better than the tablets. The work way quicker. And I get less side effects with them. 

Someone said to mix the gel pack with Lemonade in a previous post on the forums. So have been the last few times been getting some 17p diet lemonade from Lidls and mixed it with this and I would say to try this too as it seemed to lessen the side effects even more. But this might just be a placebo effect but for 17p for a 2L bottle you cannot gripe to give it a shot. At the very least it makes them taste ok.

People try Cialis for longer punts as it stays active in your system for 48 hours. So really depending on your circumstances it's not ideal for punting.

Levitra just does not work as well as Viagra I have found. I have tried it a few times. The official tables. And it just doesn't work as well. And if you are going to pay for Levitra prices. You may as well buy Spedra which is the newest drug on the market only released in 2014 (the other three are all from the early 90s and their patents are soon to run out. From memory Cialis in 2017. And Levitra in 2018, so this time next year you will be able to get Cialis as cheap as generic Viagra).

I'm sorry, I know there are hundreds of threads about this but this is the most recent so I'm posting here. Just invested in some 50mg Viagra tablets as an experiment. My plan is to take one, go for a really quick first pop and then hopefully be hard again soon after for a more extended second where I won't cum so quickly. Anyone got any experience of this?

It tends to be very personal so the best thing is to experiment yourself. Technically (and it won't apply the same to everyone)...
Overall...
Viagra (sildenafil) is the oldest drug and works very reliably (studies and reported opinions), quoted time about 4-6hrs.Some side effects like headache or tummy upset. Greater likelihood of headaches than other two reported
Cialis (tadalafil) is slightly newer and works for a much longer time (quoted at about 18-36hrs). Some side effects, especially dryness, stuffy nose etc. Affected negatively by food in the stomach, probably more so than Viagra.
Levitra (vardenafil) has zero side effects in practice though some are quoted as possible (similar to the other two), quoted time about 4-6hrs, tiny tablet not affected by food or anything. Works much faster than the other two.

Roughly: 100mg Viagra = 20my cialis = 20mg Levitra
Prices: Viagra cheapest, Levitra the most expensive.

There just isn't enough research to give more definite answers. My own personal preference is simple logic: if doing lots and lots (really lots and lots) of fucking and wanting a 'booster', take small amount of tadalafil well before starting and every 3 days. Use vardenafil for a fast top up if needed for faster recovery. But until you try it, experiment with different ones and dosages, there's no really telling. Every set of results is 'a percentage' - which means then a high enough chance it won't aply to you.

Anth also mentioned Spedra (avanafil) which I haven't tried. It has a good rep but there is a lack of clinical data on it apart from 'it's safe.' Some of the studies seem perhaps slightly biased in favour of it -- a suspicion based only on the fact that their data on the other drugs sounds a little bit cherry-picked. Not available as a generic or off-market yet as far as  know but will enquire.

Cialis I find doesn't work that quickly. I find it better to take it the day before any action. Then it tends to last about 2 or 3 days on a 10mg dose...  however it does cause stuffy nose the day you take it.

Would you recommend taking viagra before the booking begins or waiting until after first pop, have a bit of fun with RO etc and wait for the stuff to kick in for round two? Pack says 20 minutes, has anyone been affected vastly differently from that or is it pretty solid.

I bought this for one specific booking in August so will be trying it out before then but wanted to get a ball park idea of period of effectiveness and time to react.

From this it sounds like you haven't taken it before. I say this as Viagra causes quite irksome indigestion and headaches which kick in (for me) before the good effects of the tablet kick in. And, as a result, I take an Ibuprofen and have some antacid after taking it on the way to the punt.

I wouldn't take it during a punt like this.

But if you are. I would take a Kamagra gel pack with you as these work way quicker than the tablets. And these kick in within 20mins. But for me the tablets take about 40mins to an hour to kick in. But this may be also because I am used to them. 

Like I say maybe get a small 250ml bottle of Lemonade and mix it in with this in advance of the punt and just drink it during the punt (then the girl wont need to know you are taking Viagra too).

I'm trying not use Sildenafil at all now. I became very thirsty, had hot flushes (sounding like a menopausal woman now) and headaches when using it. That said, it had its desired affect. But I have punted without it now and all was fine, so I'm going to give it up and see what happens.

Headaches are one of the two most common side-effects, but they can easily be avoided by taking a painkiller at the same time.  Indigestion happens sometimes.

The other common side-effect is facial flushing (blushing), which is embarrassing.  I hate turning up looking like a nervous virgin or someone with a heart condition.  Luckily it mostly subsidies during the first hour or so, before the meet.  Dunno if that's treatable.  I usually take paracetamol as my painkiller, but as ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory, perhaps that might help!

Got the Viagra equivalent from doc (Sildenafil) on prescription, but does not seem to be working well? Some were blue, others white. For whatever reason, the white ones worked the best. Hard on with the remaining blue didn't last that long. And as soon as the jiffy went on, stiffy no more.... But then I am 67 in two weeks!

Seen on here some good recommendations for Kamagra Gel. However, also read its not licensed in the UK and can't be bought in the UK? If anyone can recommend a genuine supplier please. Don't want to buy the fake stuff.

1. Variations in response using licensed ED generics are often more likely to be due to how you're feeling. It relaxes muscles that allow increased blood supply to cock, not causing it. You're more likely to be turned on by some women than others for instance, or before your first pop rather than afterwards. I would guess that Viagra, although considered the best for hard-ons by users (in studies, not just on here) might be less effective than Cialis for second pop as it metabolised faster. I will use it on that basis as it's kind of a better hypothesis than no hypothesis, and it seems to work, but there might be a placebo effect there too, so "it works for me" isn't proof.

2. Headaches - Sudafed can be better than simple painkillers as it also deals with sinus problems caused by dehydration, common with some EDs (especially Cialis IMO).

3. Can I remind people only pass on or post info on licensed UK suppliers unless it is to a close trusted friend. Legal generic manufacturers abroad get hassled every day by big pharmas, who will probably monitor sites like UKP. As they have no legal recourse against them they just complain to the merchant services and get their crefit card licenses removed. It is ruthless and cut throat. Another big, completely legal generics manufacturer had its credit card facilities removed recently due to a simple "mistake" by the punter.

4. Gels are great for faster assimilation if you can hold the gel under your tongue till it dissolves (faster absorbed than in the stomach). However they are a bit messier to take, usually s bit more expensive and generally more available from non uk suppliers. Sachets I've had a slightly smaller than a credit card so it's easier to store one in your wallet than a tablet. Just some thoughts.
