Author Topic: Long expensive journeys to visit hot escorts or average local girls?  (Read 847 times)

Offline Parkslife

I am reading a thread here at ukpunting about average escorts. One re-occuring theme is having to make do with local girls.

I live in a town whereby the few adultwork listings feature overpriced and old women. I am lucky in that there a few eastern european women making the ad-hoc visits-tours to my area.

Other than that my only option is to travel but that requires a car journey of up to 3 hours one way or an expensive rail ticket.
Thanks to rising fuel and train ticket price that immediately costs me £50 which is a 30 minute booking with girls local to me.

On the other hand whilst hotspots like London have way better girls I feel jet lag on even short 2 hour train journeys plus the additional hour it takes to get across London.
Then when I finish I've got another 3-4 hour journey to get back. This is where I just wish I could just teleport home.

How do you balance out spending on travel costs and the long journeys to gain 1 hour of pleasure?

It's somewhat similar for me - where I live, up in Fife, there are maybe one or two desirables, and the rest are old fatties that I would never go see. Plenty of nice ones down in Edinburgh though.

The difference is that I work in Edinburgh, so I'm there most days anyway. And my train ticket is valid on weekends too, so even if I have to travel to see a girl, it comes at no additional cost to me.

I empathise with you Parkslife, I'm in precisely the same situation. I tried to arrange a punt for tonight but my lady of choice is unavailable and I don't fancy anything else.

I'm only an hour by train from London and can get a return for £16 if I book in advance I also have a brother in London so could stay overnight. In fact I'm seriously considering giving up the locals and popping down to London once a month for a weekend. If I refrain from punting at home and employ the above tactic I can have a couple of decent punts each month with girls more to my liking and still be quids in.

How far in advance would you need to book your ticket in order to get it for £16?

I also live an hour's train journey away from London, there have been times when I have been able to book a train 1 month in advance for as little as £5, on the day it costs £44 return.

I can never get a train ticket discount that cheap.

Then again better to have a full priced open return ticket, than being stranded at Liverpool Street station trying to kill 2 hours.

Only usually a few days if there are seats available, I book two single tickets opposed to a return. Full price for me is also around £40. Obviously you have to travel off peak so weekends it's easier to get sensible travel times. Weekdays I would have to travel outward at about midday and return after 20:30. That's traveling from Ipswich just check on National Rails website for your location.

I can get a national express coach to Victoria for £10 return but fuck that!

True but there's loads you can do for free in London to kill time. I normally take a short walk to Brick Lane and grab a pint and something to eat, if you like Indian food you can practically name your price there.

Planned trips, I try to buy in advance, never had any problems.

Unplanned trips, I pay the silly prices and buy on the day.

I reckon its better to have a bit of quality even though that means over an hour travelling to Edinburgh for me. Does all add up though.
