go for a 15 mins booking. cheaper and you get your one pop or go for an hour and you have no prob with 2 pops.

It's really simple, tug one out 1-2 hours before the meeting, then pop a Kamagra or Viagra pill soon after.

Then, don't worry about it, if you shoot early who cares?, accept it might happen and that you're going to shoot twice with the girl.

Was doing some reading up, and Prozac and similar have that as a side effect. Also considered using an anaesthetic cream but they can affect latex condoms.

It's an antidepressant, and is part of a class of antidepressant called SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) which seem to have this side effect. It wouldn't be my first port of call for PE but it's apparently an effective treatment.

Not sure what age you are , perfect 10 , but in my younger days (20's lol) i had a tug a couple of hours before a punt .

I wouldn't say I suffer premature ejaculation entrely, there are times I can pump away for Scotland, then there are times I'm a 2 pumps and a squirt kind of guy.

I find if I stay off the booze for a week or 2 I do last longer when having sex. When I'm drinking a bit/every weekend or whatever I usually get the horn it's hit n miss what is going to happen

These new versions of Viagra/Kamagra etc that help stop premature ejaculation are just the same old Viagra mixed with a small amount of an SSRI drug, which Auldie rightly points out are Anti-Depressants.
Personally I'd feel fine using them occasionally... SSRI anti-depressants are generally quite safe but can have their own side effects & theyre definitely not for everyone.
