1. Don't ever use Vivastreet. Use either Adultwork, or an agency in the region

2. Don't ever see any Romanians, period. None, ever. And this avice is multiplied by a factor of a billion it being your first ever punt.

My advice look on the big three agencies; Amour, Allure or Premium for a girl you like and book a hotel and arrange an outcall to it. I am pretty sure the agencies will travel the girl to where you are but add a bit extra onto the outcall rates for doing it.
