I would add:

The price is irrelevant, its more the timing.  Actually for Zone 1 & 2, £100 is about the normal rate, £80 further out but you don't suddenly knock prices up 25% while you are getting established, its short sighted and will be seen as greedy.  As I said build up a client database, get a slightly more spacious apartment, and slowly bring your rate up through extra services like prostrate massage, tie & tease or other fetishes, or once your long term demand if high and you are turning customers away if you are too busy, then consider a small rise.  But now? seriously?
