I've not been to Hot box yet, but from what I gather there isn't a long list of chargeable extras.

Good review, I saw Cassandra a couple weeks ago and agree. she was a little shy to start with but soon warmed up, good services generally, seemed fairly new to the scene but was enthusiastic.
