Definitely a negative.
Okay, you didn't meet her or pay her directly, but you invested time and effort, and however much money it cost you to get there - all of which you could have spent elsewhere, had she bothered to tell you before you left for the punt that she wasn't going to honour her commitment.
You know the consensus on Romanians. Even so, perhaps sometimes it's worth taking the gamble despite those long odds. Beauty is in the eye of the trouser snake, and all that, but personally, I think you might have been right on this occasion: in at least one of her profile pictures, she is absolutely smoking hot. Fucking hell, imagine if they were genuine photos of a genuine girl and you genuinely got to meet her!
