I don't think there's one standard for reviews as it varies from punter to punter. Some will value the cost, where others will rate more on the looks of the WG. And there's so many variables to consider its hardly worth paying attention to the poss/neut/neg tag.
At the end of the day, just be honest and any punter worth his weight in salt will be able deduce what he likes/doesn't like if he reads the review in full/ask questions.

Yes, location of the hotel was an issue. If she'd used a central Norwich location - Carrow Road, Pottergate apartments, any of the hotels down Unthank Road - I'd have gladly seen her. I don't drive - getting to NR5 from the city centre is a real pain without a car.
