Phoebe's been well reviewed on here over time and IMO rightly so.

Comms before the meet were spot on, answered my AW emails quickly and a phone call on the day to say i was parked up.

She answered the door in a nice summer style dress, nosy neighbours prevent anything more saucy but its nothing a punter needs to worry about.  Phoebes a really pretty girl, natural and GND type look, very tall and a fit body.

Nice review Jackson.  Your description of her and the services offered are broadly similar to my experience with her.  She offers a good passionate GFE if that's what you mean by "ramp it up", but she was quite explicit that her boundaries are GFE rather than anything beyond that.
