Best bang for buck method of punting

As a disorganised and often horny-without-notice punter I often find myself scrabbling about and booking bad value punts at short notice, which often just lead to me not doing anything at all, but whatever I do I rarely feel like I get value. Occasionally I can pop twice in an hour and that seems like I've got a little extra!

I wonder what others do to get the feeling of money well spent per load shot? E.g-
A regular with an old price;
Walk ups;
Rub and tugs;
Going eastern European with no extras;
Anything else...

Most importantly

Best bang for your buck has to be a party.

The ones Devon used to host in Edinburgh usually had a 2-1 M-F ratio, most of the women were Devon's friends from the porn industry, the cost was usually about £150 and the parties went on for 2-3 hours.
