I'm a fan of the fake look myself and I've seen a few South Americans advertised with what I assume are 'fake asses'. I couldn't tell you if they were implants or butt lifts but they probably weren't natural. The only one I'd actually seen myself was Laura-Vip but she's unfortunately long gone. She indeed looks good, but not convinced on her ass. Normally girls that pay to get work on their asses flaunt the shit out of it (while denying its fake!), to justify their spend and use that as their asset.
