menstrual sponge

I was with a masseuse this afternoon and we were discussing a future appointment - I asked here when her period was and she answered it didn't matter when her period was as she worked through and used a sponge.

I couldn't believe it and she said all WG's used sponges so they could work through.

When I got home I googled it and yes there is a video - see below:

Perhaps I am an innocent but I had never heard of this and apparently intercourse can take place without the client being aware that it is there.

She also thought that oral would be OK with lube but she had never experienced oral while with a sponge inserted but perhaps you know different!

There was a recent thread on here about this, no idea how many WGs use sponges but its certainly a widespread practice, the heart of it is greed of course.
