In my latter punting days I had been thinking about ways of improving my performance in punts, and thus reduce the likelihood of condom wilt. There were three vital things I already did to help...... So from mid-August until early September, I primarily ate those things (and drank Pomegranate juice) in addition to exercising (which for me were running and weights). I had two punts in that period. For my August punt, I still masturbated in the days leading up to the punt. However on the day of the punt, I found that my performance in the meet was much better compared to the previous meet I had. I then thought after the punt, that my performance would be even better if I stopped masturbating for a couple of days leading up to the punt. This is what I exactly did for my September punt.
