Why not just put the £45 from one hand, together with the £20-£30 you have in your other pocket, and book a 1hr sensual massage with HR. There are literally thousands available for £80, Gumtree, AW and other places. You arrive, knowing she will be naked from the start, it will be sensual from the start, you will get a B2B massage and a happy ending included and you can choose one of many attractive girls offering this service.
I've visit normal massages with HE, the only appeal being is that sometimes, you can just walk in when in the mood, and sometimes you don't know if you really want a finish, or funds are a little low to be splashing out £80, but i've never gone in with the intention of paying a price and then negotiating a HE at the end.
